Cheese Making

  As some of our customers might be aware we are currently unable to sell our organic raw milk.  The outlook is good however, and we are hopefully that we will be back to normal by mid-July.  All at Caerfai thank our customers for their support and custom, and look forward to continuing to supply raw milk in the near future.

Our yurts are nearly ready to be assembled and all decked out for the 2013 season. This pic is of Nick’s (the clever chap who’s making them) own yurt – he came camping with us last summer! Click on the ‘read more’ button to access the flyer with all the information you need to book one out.

The Pembrokeshire coastline is always impressive, but sometimes it’s amazing!  A large ‘super pod’ of over 500 dolphins were spotted earlier this week just off the coast a few miles north of St Davids. Click on the link below to have a look. Dolphin spotting off the Pembrokeshire coast.

Anyone who has been to St Davids knows there are some pretty good restaurants and cafés in the area and its nice to get some mentions in the national press.  Caerfai Farm also gets a couple of mentions (see The Sampler Tea room and The Bench).
